Hello Antigravity Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical backend synchronization issue with my Antigravity IDE account that completely locks me out of using the Agent and High models.
Here are the details of the issue:

Stuck UI / Quota Freeze: My “Settings > Models” page is permanently frozen at “Refreshes in 4 hours, 59 minutes” for all models. The timer does not count down, and all quotas appear empty.

Credit Sync Failure: I have an active Gemini Ultra subscription and exactly 25,018 Extra AI Credits available in my Google One account. I have the “Enable AI Credit Overages” toggle turned on. However, my Google One activity log shows that Antigravity stopped consuming credits completely on April 6, 2026. It has been 4 days since the IDE successfully pulled any credits.

Agent Unusable: Because the primary model quotas are frozen at zero, the Agent refuses to run, failing to recognize or use my available overage credits.

Troubleshooting Attempted: I have tried signing out and back in, clearing Developer Tools storage (Local Storage, IndexedDB), and even performing a complete clean wipe using AppCleaner on my M4 Mac before reinstalling. None of these actions resolved the issue.
It is clear that my account state is completely stuck on your backend servers. Could you please manually reset my account’s rate limit and quota state?
