I am a paid Google AI Pro subscriber and I am experiencing a complete lockout that makes the service unusable.
The Issue: I have not used Antigravity at all for the last 6 days. Today, when I opened the IDE to start working, I was immediately met with the following error:
“Baseline model quota reached. Your plan’s baseline quota will refresh on 3/18/2026, 7:19:59 PM. To continue using this model now, enable AI Credit overages.”
Why this is impossible:
-
Zero Activity: My logs show absolutely no prompts or agent tasks for nearly a week. How can a quota be “reached” when the tool hasn’t been opened?
-
Broken Refresh Logic: The Pro plan is advertised with a 5-hour rolling refresh. A 5-day lockout (until March 18th) is a weekly “Baseline” cap that should not be triggering for Pro users, especially those with no recent usage.
-
Pay-to-Play Push: The error message specifically pushes me to buy “AI Credit overages,” which feels like a forced monetization bug rather than a legitimate rate limit.
Account Details:
-
Plan: Google AI Pro
-
Status: Locked out of all high-tier models (Gemini 3.1 Pro / Claude) despite 0 usage.
Is anyone else seeing this “Ghost Drain”? I’ve already tried signing out/in and re-authenticating, but the March 18th date is stuck. I am requesting a manual quota reset and an explanation for why paid accounts are being soft-bricked for an entire week.
