[Bug] Persistent "An internal error has occurred" preventing access to AI Studio

I have a personal Google account and have been unable to use Google AI Studio for months due to a persistent ‘An internal error has occurred’ message. I have already deleted all of my Google Cloud projects to force a reset, but the problem remains. How can I get this issue escalated to a support team that can manually fix my account’s backend state?

since you mentioned projects in gcp, what billing tier are you in ?

If you are asking about my physical location, I’m in North Western United States.

I don’t have other email accounts to try. This is my Google email that I’ve been using since the beginning of time…Google time, that is. This is just a personal account. Not business. I don’t have any billing tiers.
