Bug: Error #3501 (Ineligible Location) on Paid Google One Pro Account

I just paid for my PRO version of Google and now, the bug claims that Antigravity is banned in Indonesia. Google One AI Premium subscriber in Indonesia encountering a backend synchronization lock.

Google Antigravity is fully supported in Indonesia and is not banned (see the official availability list).

Could you please try these steps:

  • Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the IDE and select Sign Out (or run agy auth logout in your terminal).
  • Completely close Antigravity.
  • Reopen Antigravity and click Sign In to generate a fresh session token linked to your new Pro subscription.

If the error persists after logging in again, clear the local cache:

  • Windows: Delete %AppData%\Antigravity and %USERPROFILE%\.gemini
  • macOS / Linux: Delete ~/.gemini and ~/Library/Application Support/Antigravity
  • Restart Antigravity and sign in.

Please ensure Google identifies your account region as Indonesia:

To fix location errors caused by Indonesian ISPs, disable IPv6 in your Windows network settings or test using your phone’s mobile hotspot.

The Antigravity that isnt loggin me in is my Antigravity IDE!

Ive tried restarting, sign in and out, also tried deleting %AppData%\AntigravityIDE and %USERPROFILE%\.gemini

But the problem still persist!

Verify the country listed on your Google Terms of Service page; if it is incorrect, you may submit a request to update your associated region. If your country is supported but you are still encountering this error, please provide the following details:

  • Your current location or region?
  • Whether you are using a VPN or proxy?
  • The version of the Antigravity you are using?
