Error #3501 - “You do not have a valid license” on personal Google account

Dear Google Antigravity Support Team,

I am encountering the following error when trying to use Antigravity:

You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501)

Error ID: 3152bfd4-7f1e-4753-a70b-b602767dad85-8-1001

Details:

  • Account type: Personal Google account (@gmail.com), NOT enterprise / Google Workspace

  • Region: Russia

  • OS: Windows 10

  • Antigravity version: 2.12.0

What I have already tried (did not help):

  1. Signed out and signed back in, making sure to select Personal Account (not Business / Google Cloud)

  2. Cleared all local cache and config files (%USERPROFILE%\.gemini, %USERPROFILE%\.antigravity, %APPDATA%\Antigravity, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Antigravity)

  3. Revoked Antigravity access via Google Account Connections (myaccount.google.com/connections)

  4. Reinstalled the latest version of Antigravity

The issue persists. Based on community discussions, it appears that my personal account is being incorrectly routed to the enterprise license validation flow.

Could you please review my account’s routing configuration and manually correct it, or force an entitlement re-sync on the backend?

I am happy to provide any additional details if needed.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
flager

Hi @xapnul,

Welcome to the Forum,

As per geographical availability, onboarding is unfortunately denied for users in unsupported regions, which includes your current location.

The #3501 “invalid license” error you are seeing is a misleading message. When the system rejects a connection due to region restrictions, it incorrectly throws this license error instead of clearly stating that the region is unsupported.

We apologize for the confusion this error caused during your troubleshooting.
