GCP took my money, broke my API, and Support told me to "go post on a forum". Is this a joke?

I have been completely locked out of my API for 6 days.

My Google Cloud Billing is ACTIVE. I am on Postpay. I even threw another $10 Prepay at it two days ago. But AI Studio is still spitting out the "No available credits" garbage error.

Here is the most ridiculous part: After wasting almost a week with GCP Support (Case #70179548), they sent me an email basically saying: “Our Billing engineers don’t have access to AI Studio, we can’t fix it, so go post on the public community forum and hope someone helps you.”

Are you kidding me? Is this how Google treats paying developers? You take our money, fail to sync your own backend databases, and then outsource your customer support to a public message board?

This is a massive joke and a complete DevEx failure.

My Billing Account ID is 01A814-84A10A-. If there is a real engineer here, manually sync my account. Stop making paying users beg for basic infrastructure to work.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue.

@Ali_Cevik is currently investigating my case - seems like this is affecting multiple postpay accounts. Hoping the team can identify the root cause that’s hitting all of us.
