i’m unable to upgrade my gemini api tier. my first successful payment was 31 days ago, and my total spend to date is $326. based on the user tier documentation, i expected to see an option to request a tier upgrade on the api key page, but there’s no upgrade button or dropdown.
what i’ve tried
- signed out/in, cleared cache, and tested multiple browsers/incognito
- verified the billing account is active and in good standing; invoices are paid
- confirmed the spend occurred on the same cloud project tied to this api key
request
- can you confirm whether tier upgrades are currently enabled for accounts that meet spend and billing-age requirements?
- if yes, could someone review my account and either enable the upgrade or tell me what prerequisite i’m missing?
- i can dm my project id and the last 4 digits of my billing account id for investigation.
