Unable to upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 - met requirements

Hello,

I made a payment of ₩147,000 (approximately $100 USD based on the exchange rate on the payment date, April 18, 2026) and my API key was created on April 19, 2026.

It has now been more than 3 days since my first successful payment, and I believe I meet the Tier 2 upgrade requirements ($100 paid + 3 days from first payment). However, my API key still shows as Tier 1 and I don’t see any upgrade button on the API Keys page.

Account details:

  • Billing Account ID: 016555-0392A1-

  • Payment date: April 18, 2026

  • Payment amount: ₩147,000 (~$100 USD)

  • Current tier: Tier 1 (Paid)

Could you please look into my account and help me upgrade to Tier 2?
