[APPEAL] Urgent Appeal: Account Authorization Lockout and Family Plan Restriction

Dear Gemini Developer Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal a severe authorization restriction affecting my primary Google AI Pro account (b.....@gmail.com) as well as the associated accounts within my Google Family group.

A while ago, during a period of documented Google server instability/outages, I was experimenting with an AI Agent loop using the Gemini 3.1 Pro model. Due to a system sync bug at that time, the autonomous agent rapidly consumed 560 credits in a very short period. I previously sent an email regarding this unexpected credit consumption but received no response.

It has come to my attention that this automated technical loop was flagged as malicious abuse, resulting not only in a total developer lockout (Gemini Code Assist, CLI, and Antigravity) on my main account but also a cascading ban on my family members’ accounts sharing the same family plan and network environment.

I want to emphasize that this was entirely a benign, controlled coding experiment that unfortunately went into an automated loop due to a server-side glitch on Google’s end. There was absolutely no malicious intent, nor any coordination to abuse the system resources under Section 6 of the Antigravity Terms. The fact that my family members are now restricted from these developer tools is a profound misunderstanding.

I kindly request a human member of the engineering/support team to review the logs of that specific night. Please lift this automated network/identity ban so that both I and my family can regain access to our paid subscription services.
