I primarily use Gemini Code Assist for personal software development and learning purposes. My typical usage includes:
- Writing and debugging code for personal projects
- Learning new programming languages and frameworks
- Generating code snippets to solve common development problems
I have never used this service for any activities that violate the Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Malicious code generation
- Automated spam or scraping
- Any form of abuse or exploitation of the service
Appeal Request
I received this 403 error unexpectedly and am confident that this is a false positive. I have always used the service responsibly and in compliance with all guidelines.
I kindly request the Google team to review my account and the circumstances surrounding this ban.
