Appeal / False Positive: App suspended for abuse after internal architecture refactoring

I am writing to request a manual review of my application, which was recently flagged and suspended with the message “App suspended for abuse” after deploying an update.

App / Project Details:

  • Project Name: GestiProfeCR

  • Project ID / App ID: gen-lang-client-0706840..

  • Account Email: f..@gmail.com

Clarification regarding recent changes: I would like to clarify that recent modifications were strictly limited to internal software architecture refactoring and performance optimization aimed at ensuring stable system operation and smooth functionality.

  • No Sensitive Data Exposure: There were no changes to data handling, storage, or collection protocols. The app does not attempt to access, store, process, or manipulate sensitive user data.

  • No Violation of Usage Policies: The request patterns, prompt structure, and workflow were restructured solely for architectural reliability. At no point was there any intention to bypass safety guardrails, perform automated misuse, or violate Google Generative AI policies.

This suspension appears to be an automated false positive triggered by the structural and architectural shift in request handling.

Request: I kindly request a manual inspection of the project settings and code activity to verify compliance. Please let me know if any additional details, code snippets, or architectural documentation are required to restore access and resolve this issue.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,
