Antigravity Persistent Quota Lockout Loop

I am writing this out of pure frustration as a Google AI Pro subscriber. For the third consecutive week, I am facing a critical bug regarding my usage quotas on Antigravity / Gemini 3.1 Pro High.

The Issue: Every time my quota is supposed to be reset (after the 6 or 7-day lockout period), the counter does not go back to zero. Instead, it immediately re-locks for another 6 days without me sending a single prompt.

Key details:

  • Subscription: Google AI Pro (20€/month).

  • Environment: Antigravity IDE / Gemini 3.1 Pro High.

  • Frequency: This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened.

  • Status: I have been unable to use the service I am paying for for 21 days straight.

I have checked my API usage and billing, and there is no reason for this “infinite loop” of restrictions. It seems to be a synchronization bug between the account reset date and the actual availability of credits.

Questions for the support team:

  1. Is there a known sync issue with the March 2026 quota updates?

  2. How can I manually trigger a hard reset of my quota?

  3. What is the process for requesting a refund for the 3 weeks of non-service?

This is unacceptable for a professional tool. I rely on this for my development workflow and I am currently being forced to look for alternatives like Claude or OpenAI because of this technical failure.
