Antigravity IDE login blocked despite active Google AI Pro (Jio) – entitlement/state sync issue

Hello Google Antigravity Support,

I have an active Google AI Pro (5 TB) subscription provided through Jio on my personal Google account.

Google AI Pro is active in Google One and Gemini works normally, but I cannot authenticate into the Antigravity IDE.

During login, OAuth authentication succeeds, but Antigravity then shows:

“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account.
Your account is not eligible for Gemini Code Assist for individuals at this time.”

I have already:

  • Confirmed that Google AI Pro is active
  • Used the same personal Google account
  • Signed out and signed in again
  • Reset Antigravity onboarding
  • Reset the local Antigravity state
  • Re-authenticated
  • Checked account security/verification
  • Reproduced the issue after a clean local state

My Antigravity IDE language-server log shows:

“Auth succeeded, refreshing features and managers”

followed by repeated:

“error getting token source: state syncing error: key not found”

and:

“Failed to get OAuth token: error getting token source from auth provider: state syncing error: key not found”

The log also shows requests to:

https://cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com/v1internal:loadCodeAssist

Please investigate whether my Google AI Pro (Jio-provided) entitlement is missing or not provisioned for Antigravity and refresh/re-sync the Antigravity consumer entitlement for my account.

This appears to be an account entitlement/state synchronization issue rather than an OAuth login failure.

I can provide the complete ls-main.log and trace IDs if required.

Thank you.

Hi @Aditya_Raj4, Welcome to the Forum!

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is a known state synchronization bug where promotional entitlements (like the Google AI Pro plan from Jio) fail to sync properly with the Antigravity IDE backend, even though they work perfectly on Google One or Gemini web.

To force the entitlement state to resynchronize and fix the login block, please try these steps:

  1. Go to your Google Account Connections page (https://myaccount.google.com/connections). Find “Google Antigravity” in the list and click Remove access.
  2. In your Antigravity IDE, open the Command Palette and run Antigravity: Reset Onboarding (or run agy logout in your terminal).
  3. Run agy login or sign in through the IDE again. When the browser opens, make sure to use a clean browser profile or Incognito/Private window to complete the sign-in so no old session data interferes.
  4. Ensure your Google Play/Payment profile country matches your physical location, as regional mismatches can sometimes cause the eligibility check to fail for Jio-provided plans.

Doing this forces a completely fresh check of your Jio entitlement against the Google AI Pro backend. Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you!
