[BUG] Jio Google AI Pro active, Antigravity entitlement missing, eligibility check failed

Title: [BUG] Jio Google AI Pro active, Antigravity entitlement missing, eligibility check failed

Hello,

My Google account: sh...@gmail.com
I have an active Google AI‑Pro 18‑month subscription provided via Reliance Jio promotional offer.
Gemini web, Gemini mobile app and Gemini AI Studio all work perfectly with AI‑Pro features.

However, when logging into Antigravity desktop client, the entitlement check always fails.
After OAuth login, it stuck in verification loop. The backend loadCodeAssist response returns free‑tier, not Pro consumer tier.

I have already:
1. Signed out, cleared all Antigravity local cache, reinstalled the latest client.
2. Completed Google account age‑verification.
3. Tried login from India‑region network environment.
4. Waited more than one week for entitlement propagation.

The subscription entitlement has not been synced to Antigravity backend.
Could you please manually refresh my account’s Antigravity entitlement record on your server side?

Thank you.

Hi @Lin_Shawn,

Could you please follow the step-by-step solutions provided below to resolve this issue:

Method 1: Complete Verification & Clear OAuth Connections (Primary Fix)

1. On the screen in your screenshot, click the Verify button to complete the pending Google 2-Step / identity confirmation in your browser, then return and click `Sign in again’.

2. If the prompt persists, go to [myaccount.google.com/connections](https://myaccount.google.com/connections) while logged into `sh…@gmail.com`, find Google Antigravity, and click Delete all connections / Remove access.

3. In a clean browser profile where only sh...@gmail.com\ is signed in, re-open Antigravity and click Sign in with Google.

Method 2: Bypass the Onboarding Gate via Secondary Account

If the onboarding screen remains locked in a loop before the workspace opens:

1. Sign in with any secondary Google account just to pass the setup wizard into the IDE editor.

2. Once the editor opens, open Settings (`Ctrl+,` / `Cmd+,`) > Account(or click the bottom-left profile icon).

3. Click Sign Out, then Sign In directly with `sh…@gmail.com`.

Please let us know once you have tried these steps.
