Antigravity App Login Issues Blocking Work

,

Hey team and everyone,

Just following up on my post from yesterday about this stupid login error. I made a short video showing exactly what happens every single time (step by step, no cuts).

You’ll see:

  • App opens

  • Click “Sign in with Google”

  • Browser login works perfectly (shows success page)

  • Back to Antigravity → immediate red X popup: “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”

I already tried everything people suggested (clear app data, reinstall, different browser, no VPN, etc.). (my paid Google One AI Pro account) and only got the auto-reply saying check FAQ. FAQ doesn’t fix shit.

I’m in Kerala, India — and the FAQ says India is fully supported. This is blocking my actual work and I’m paying monthly for Pro. Not cool.

Video attached. Can someone from the Antigravity team please check my account on the backend? Like force the provisioning or whatever is stuck? This has been going on too long.

Hi @Glassy_editor

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have escalated the issue to our internal teams for a thorough investigation. You can follow the updates in the main thread.

Hi @Thatipamula_Namratha,

Thanks for escalating it and the apology.

But it’s already been 4 days with zero update in the main thread or anywhere. My paid Google One AI Pro account is still completely dead — same red X error every time, even though browser login works fine. The video is right there in the first post.

This is blocking real work and I’m paying every month for Pro. Can the internal team please give at least a small update or ETA? Even just “we’re still investigating” would be better than nothing.

Thanks

I’m experiencing the same case too. why is this happening? I recently subscribed to Google AI Pro but I’m unable to log in to antigravity.
