Paid Pro Account Cannot Login - Auth Success in Browser But App Stays on Sign-In Screen

I am reporting a login issue with my paid Pro account on Antigravity.

Issue: When I click Sign in with Google, the browser completes authentication and shows You have successfully authenticated. However, the Antigravity app remains stuck on the Sign-In screen and never proceeds.

Key Details:

  • OS: Windows
  • Account-specific issue: my free Gmail account logs in successfully on the same device, but my paid Pro account cannot
  • Affected account: ....@gmail.com
  • Subscription: Google AI Pro
  • Region: United States
  • Already tried: clearing browser cookies, switching between Chrome and Edge, revoking and re-granting Antigravity access at myaccount.google.com/connections

This appears to be a backend account permissions issue. Please investigate and resolve.

To ensure our engineering team can investigate and resolve these issues effectively, we highly recommend filing bug reports directly through the Antigravity in-app feedback tool. You can do this by navigating to the top-right corner of the interface, clicking the Feedback icon, and selecting Report Issue.

However, I need to point out a critical problem with your suggested solution: since I am unable to log into the Antigravity app at all, I have no way to access the in-app feedback tool you mentioned. The login screen is where I am stuck — I cannot proceed past it to reach any in-app features, including the Feedback icon.

This issue has been ongoing for some time now, and I have sent multiple emails without a resolution. As a paying Pro subscriber, I am currently unable to use the product I am paying for.

Could you please:

  1. Provide an alternative way to submit the bug report (such as a direct link or web-based form)?
  2. Give me an estimated timeline for when this login issue will be resolved?

I would appreciate an urgent response, as this is directly impacting my work.
