AntiGravity “Always Run” bug locks Gemini models for all family accounts

Hi everyone,

I’m posting here to see if anyone from the Google AI team or the community has encountered a similar issue.

I am a Google AI Pro subscriber and my account recently entered a cooldown period after running a task with the AntiGravity client.

Problem description

I started a coding task using the Gemini 3 Flash model through the AntiGravity client. The client appeared to get stuck during execution overnight, and it likely retried requests repeatedly. The next morning my account entered a cooldown state for about 6 days.

After the cooldown was triggered, I also noticed that other models such as Gemini 3 Pro and Claude became unavailable for my account.

Timeline (Taiwan Time / UTC+8)

Mar 11 – around 23:00
Started the task with Gemini 3 Flash in AntiGravity with “Always Run” enabled.

Mar 12 – around 07:00
Discovered that the account had entered a cooldown period (~6 days).

Additional notes

My intention was only to run a normal coding task, and I did not intend to run large-scale automated usage. It seems the AntiGravity client got stuck and retried requests repeatedly.

I have already:

• Reported the issue to the AntiGravity client through their issue reporting channel
• Sent an email to Google AI support explaining the situation
• Offered to provide logs and timestamps if needed

If anyone from the Google AI team could help review this cooldown or provide guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.

I can provide AntiGravity logs and request timestamps if that would help the investigation.

Thank you.

  • All three of my family accounts under the Pro subscription are affected, so my family members are also unable to use the models. :frowning:
  • The root cause appears to be a bug in the AntiGravity client: when I clicked “Always Run” for a command, the task got stuck and likely retried requests repeatedly overnight.
  • At the time, I was only using Gemini 3 Flash, so it’s clear that this was caused by the client bug rather than any intentional automated usage.

This is strange. A few days ago, I received a 4-5 day data restriction. After that period ended, I started using it again. Just 6 hours ago, I had 40% of my cloud data quota left (and 60% in the Pro version, which renews every 5 hours). Then I received another 4-6 day data restriction. What could be the reason for this? How can my limit be used up on its own? Am I paying for the Pro version to only use it for 4 days a month? This is ridiculous. It’s become erratic after the last two updates. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription.
