Antigravity Eligibility Error for Google AI Pro Family Member (Region Supported, Age Verified)

Hi Antigravity Support Team,

I’m trying to sign in to Antigravity using my personal Google account, but I receive the message: “Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Try signing in with another personal Google account.”

I am a member of a Google AI Pro family plan (not the family manager). My account region matches the family group region, and my region is currently within Antigravity’s supported availability.

Yesterday, I completed age verification on my Google account. After that verification, I found that I can no longer sign in to Antigravity and keep getting the “not eligible” prompt.

Could you please help review my account eligibility and let me know why it is being flagged as ineligible? If this is a false restriction, I’d appreciate guidance on how to resolve it or have the eligibility refreshed.

Issues like this usually aren’t related to AI Studio itself, but to account-level eligibility signals that can temporarily fall out of sync after changes like age verification or family plan status updates.

Since your region and age are supported, this likely needs a backend eligibility refresh rather than a client-side fix. At this point, the best path is for the Antigravity / Google AI team to review the account state directly.

I have a Google AI Pro plan (using a personal Google account), and despite meeting all the requirements, I am blocked by the “Your current account is not eligible” error.

Here are my account details for investigation:

  • Account Type: Personal Google Account (Google AI Pro plan, expires Nov 2026).

  • Region: Supported Region (Verified availability).

  • Age Verification: Completed and verified (18+).

  • Troubleshooting: I have checked the FAQ and confirmed my account settings are correct.

It seems like the eligibility signal might be out of sync for AI Pro members. Attaching a screenshot of the error below:

It works fine if I use a personal account without Google One subscription.
