Hi Antigravity Support Team,
I’m trying to sign in to Antigravity using my personal Google account, but I receive the message: “Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Try signing in with another personal Google account.”
I am a member of a Google AI Pro family plan (not the family manager). My account region matches the family group region, and my region is currently within Antigravity’s supported availability.
Yesterday, I completed age verification on my Google account. After that verification, I found that I can no longer sign in to Antigravity and keep getting the “not eligible” prompt.
Could you please help review my account eligibility and let me know why it is being flagged as ineligible? If this is a false restriction, I’d appreciate guidance on how to resolve it or have the eligibility refreshed.
