Another 7 day lock-out, on top of 7 days, on top of 7 days

I’m on the AI pro plan, yearly subscriber. I exhausted my quota about 2 weeks ago. Every time I am supposed to get the refresh, the day gets bumped by a couple of days. Originally it had to be refreshed yesterday the 16th. I have not touched anything since then and today, I am greeted with a new refresh day of the 23th (which is a full week)

Let’s be clear what was promised when I signed up on the 24th of December:

Google AI Pro members have enhanced access to the Google Antigravity platform, a Gemini 3 Pro-powered development environment. Google Antigravity lets you manage autonomous AI agents to plan, execute, and verify complex coding tasks across your editor, terminal, and browser.

Google Antigravity for AI Pro is designed for intensive, professional-grade agentic development and offers much higher limits and prioritized performance.

This came with a 5-hour refresh window. What I am experiencing is a 14 day refresh window. And I am not even sure that if I wait again till the 23th of March, I will be able to use the service that I paid for

I want a full restoration of the originally represented service under which I purchased the subscription. I want a partial refund for the days I was not able to use the service. I don’t want the window-dressing response of “tailoring blabla and practical builders”

I’m experiencing the exact same issue on the Pro tier. Instead of my quota resetting, my lockout timer for both Claude and Gemini 3.1 just extended for another week—effectively locking me out for nearly 10 days total.

When you rely on these tools for your daily development workflow, this kind of downtime is unacceptable. The most frustrating part, however, is the complete lack of attention from support. I’ve opened bug reports, and have received absolutely zero response.

It seems like everyone is experiencing the same thing.
I’ve been locked out for another 7-day reset on top of previous 7 day reset.

Just look at the state of the forum right now.
It seems like there will be no asnwer anytime soon and we just have to move on to google CLI or to google’s comptetitors(i.g codex/claude)

Me and my team already moved to Claude. We agreed we could no longer trust Google in this area and assumed they will bait and switch us again if we go to Ultra

When you switch to the Ultra tier, instead of just imposing usage limits, they effectively lock the account—leaving it in a ‘read-only’ state where you can view data but cannot perform any functional operations.

Totally agree.
It’s not a even a question of brand or “AI” loyalty when when its literally a tool that malfunctioning.

I really miss the generous quota that was on AG two months ago

I sent one prompt Today and within a it already locked me out for the next five days. It was just to make some updates to a dashboard Whether we want to believe it or not there’s a BU in the the on the current release of Gravity. Right now google thinks that everybody’s using it too much, and thats why they are getting complains about the limits.

I will write a sworn testimony in front judge of a showing them the logs that all I did was ask them to update the font used on this dashboard and within a minute I was out of usage on a pro plan. I’ve had codex running all day for $20 without a complaint. Something is broken.

Hey All,

To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity. Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.

Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.

Stop replying the same nonsense when it’s not resetting for everyone. This is clearly wrong. Waited a full 7 days for my reset just to wait another.

Same thing. I am very angry but I will not write anything critical about google (like them basically stealing my money while I get nothing in return and they dont even bother enough to reply to people in this forum) so I don’t get blocked.

I’ve been using Gemini Pro 2.5 / 3 /3.1 and Claude 4.6 Opus extensively and I think there is a really simple solution to all this that people are missing:

The models are WAY, WAY more expensive to use quickly and easily than the impression they give. Plan on spending millions and millions of tokens per month. This isn’t a $200/mo product and that gets you the tokens you need.

The $200/mo just gets your foot in the door so then you can keep refilling your tokens as you work.

Reset your expectations and you won’t be wondering what the problem is every month. This is a $500/month product for a light user and $1000/mo for a heavy user.

They’ve done a good job sewing confusion with people wondering what the difference is between what comes with the monthly subscription vs when you will need more tokens , but that’s the bottom line: SERIOUS use of these products will require enough extra token purchases that the initial monthly cost is a joke to lure you in and THEN you’ll see what they really cost to use.

I was originally supposed to refresh on the 16th, but I was told to wait until the 20th. However, I successfully refreshed on the 20th

My expectation is a 5 hour refresh window. How much credits a prompt burns is irrelevant
