Allowlist Request: personGeneration: ALLOW_ALL for Vertex AI / Veo

Hi there,

We are requesting project allowlisting for personGeneration: ALLOW_ALL (and ALLOW_ADULT) for Vertex AI image and video (Veo) generation on our project.

We attempted to submit this via standard support ticketing, but as a standalone project outside of an Organization resource, paid support tiers are unavailable to us.

  • Content filters and application-level moderation are actively enforced to prevent non-compliant or policy-violating generation.

Could an advocate or Google team member please help flag or escalate this project ID for the allowlist?

Dear Pooja Kapse,

Is it possible to get an actual answer to a very real issue rather than being directed to another dead end?

We do not have a Sales Representative. If we had someone at Google we could actually communicate with and escalate this through, we would not be asking for help on this forum, would we?

Please can someone address the question itself, or provide a genuine escalation path that does not depend on contacting a representative we do not have?
