Hi Google Cloud Support Team,

Requesting allowlist access for Veo video generation on Vertex AI for the project below. Billing is enabled and linked, and the Vertex AI (Agent Platform) API is enabled, but video generation requests are currently blocked with: “Requests to this API aiplatform.googleapis.com method google.cloud.aiplatform.v1.PredictionService.PredictLongRunning are blocked.”

Region: us-central1

Models requested: veo-3.1-generate-001, veo-3.1-fast-generate-001

Use case: Generating short-form product and lifestyle b-roll video clips (no real people depicted) for social media affiliate marketing content, such as ambient room and interior shots showcasing home products.
