Hi everyone and Google Team,
I am experiencing an issue where all of my previously saved chats, system instructions, and prompt history in the Google AI Studio left sidebar have suddenly and completely disappeared.
I did not delete them manually, and I was using them successfully until recently. Now, the history panel is completely empty.
Here is what I have tried so far to troubleshoot:
- Confirmed that I am logged into the correct Google Account.
- Cleared my browser’s cache and cookies.
- Tried logging out and logging back in.
- Tested accessing Google AI Studio on a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Safari), but the history is still empty.
Has anyone else run into this issue recently? Is there a known synchronization bug, or is there any way for the Google engineering team to help restore my saved prompts/chats?
