AI Studio shows Tier 1 limits while Billing shows paid Tier 2

Hello,

I need help with a Gemini API / AI Studio quota tier issue.

My project previously showed Tier 2 limits for Gemini models in AI Studio. After I connected the same project to an organization account, AI Studio started showing Tier 1 instead of Tier 2 in the Usage / Rate Limits pages, and the displayed RPM/RPD limits also changed to Tier 1.

However, the Billing page still shows the project/billing account as paid Tier 2.

I already contacted support and was advised to submit the Rate Limit Upgrade form. I submitted it, but it did not resolve the issue, and the project still shows Tier 1 limits.

Could someone from the Google AI team please clarify whether this is a quota entitlement sync issue, an AI Studio display issue, or something that needs to be fixed on my side after connecting the project to an organization?

This is important because the product is ready for launch, but Tier 1 limits are not enough. At minimum, I need the Tier 2 limits that were previously available for this project.
