AI Studio Republish Blocked - existing custom URL says "not available"

I am unable to republish my existing AI Studio app after making changes.

App: Medical Expertise Management System
Google Cloud project: gen-lang-client-005965
Cloud Run region: us-east1
Cloud Run service: medical-expertise-management-system

The latest version of the app is correctly saved and marked as “Current” in AI Studio.

However, when I select Republish, AI Studio shows my existing custom URL as unavailable:

medical-expertise-management-system-2535.ai.studio

This URL already belongs to this same app and was previously published successfully.

The Cloud Run service is healthy and still serves the previous version of the application, so the new AI Studio version is not being deployed.

I already submitted a bug report using the “Submit Bug” option inside AI Studio.

Please investigate whether the existing *.ai.studio URL mapping is stale or incorrectly associated with the previous deployment, and restore the association so I can republish the same app while keeping the existing URL.

I do not want to release or change the current custom URL.

Hi, I also have the same problem. the published app .ai.studio “cannot be reached”, i tried republished it it give the same problem. eventhough before this is working without problem. i check the app on console but it ok.
