Hi,
I’m having an issue with a custom *.ai.studio URL that was previously assigned to my app.
The custom URL is still active and accessible, but it is serving an older version of the website.
I continued working on the same app in Google AI Studio and was previously able to publish updates normally. After some changes involving Google Cloud/Billing, I tried to publish the updated version again, but AI Studio now says that my original custom URL is “not available.”
While trying to solve the issue, I accidentally published the current version under a different *.ai.studio URL. The new deployment works correctly, but I need to keep the original URL.
So currently:
- The original
*.ai.studioURL is still online, but serves an older version. - AI Studio says that the original URL is unavailable when I try to use it.
- The current version of the same website can be published successfully under a different URL.
- I cannot simply change URLs because the original URL has already been printed on physical wedding invitations and distributed to guests.
It seems that the original custom URL may still be associated with an old/stale deployment.
Is there a way for the Google AI Studio team to reassociate the existing custom URL with my current app/deployment without releasing the URL publicly first?
I can provide the App ID, exact custom URL, current deployment URL, screenshots, and any other required information privately to a Google team member, but I prefer not to post those details publicly.
