AI Pro lockouts (Gemini models) for @gmail account Feb 16 not following 5-hour (5,7 DAY lockouts instead)

Issue:

AI Pro status (via Google One 5 TB plan, and Google Developer Program Premiery purchase), suddenly Feb 15/16 receiving 5 or 7 day lockouts on both Gemini models in addition to those long lockouts on third-party models that began late last month)

Support Interaction:

  1. Google One (“we don’t handle that”),
  2. Google Developer Program (“we don;t handle that”),
  3. Antigravity-support@google.com (“try these general links”, “someone should get back to you in 3 to 5 business days)

As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, we’ve established weekly limits for all models. These limits do not apply to Google AI Ultra, which continues to be the best plan for power developers!
