Add Claude Opus 4.7 to the model picker

Hi,

Can you please add Claude Opus 4.7 (claude-opus-4-7) to Antigravity? It’s been out for a while now and it’s currently Anthropic’s most capable model, specifically strong for agentic coding, which is Antigravity’s core use case.

A few points worth raising:

  • The currently available claude-opus-4-6-thinking has been hitting frequent 503 capacity errors, which makes it unreliable for real work. Adding 4.7 would both give users the newer model and likely help distribute load.
  • Other Claude-integrated coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Zed, etc.) already offer 4.7. Antigravity lagging behind is a real reason to consider switching.
  • For paid users this is especially frustrating, we’re paying for access to SOTA models and getting the previous generation.

Would really appreciate an ETA or at least confirmation this is being worked on. Thanks!

No reply from Google AntiG team for some days…
Total silence….

it’s quite embarassing that they can’t even tell us what’s going on or what’s the plan.. 0 communication to their users..

I wasn’t a big fan of Opus 4.6.
Opus 4.7 is magic sauce. It’s like Sonnet’s purity with all the best parts of Opus 4.6.

Any update on this?

Looking forward to this rollout!

Hi @Manzela ,

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us, and we’ll be filing a feature request.

I’ve officially cancelled my Ultra Suscription. I cancelled it all.
Over a month since 4.7 is out & i gave up waiting in vain.
Especially since i do prefer GPT 5.5 coding at all.
Good Bye AntiG. I’m done.
