Hello Google AI Team,
I’m writing to escalate an unresolved Terms of Service suspension affecting both Antigravity and Gemini CLI / Gemini Code Assist on my account. I am a paid Google AI Pro subscriber and at this point I have no working support path.
Account
- Gmail: ..
- Subscription: Google AI Pro (active, paid)
What I see
- Gemini CLI:
Failed to sign in. Message: This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product. - Antigravity:
There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.(screenshot available on request)
Timeline
- Suspension: noticed mid-to-late May 2026; actual suspension date likely earlier
- Official appeal form submitted: May 20, 2026
- Days since appeal: ~7 days, beyond the 24-72h response window stated on the form
- No email, no in-product notification, no status update received
Google One support escalation (dead end)
I contacted Google One support as a paying subscriber. Case number: 5-6380000040265.
The response (translated from Polish) was that their team “does not support Gemini CLI” and directed me to Sign in for Software Support and Product Help - GitHub Support . That URL is GitHub’s own support portal and is not the correct channel for Google account suspensions or Google product ToS appeals. As a paid Google AI Pro subscriber I expected the Google One support team - which is advertised as covering Gemini - to at least be able to escalate internally, but they declined to do so.
Request
Could someone from the team please:
- Locate my appeal submission and review it, or
- Confirm whether the recent system-wide automated unban process (announced in google-gemini/gemini-cli Discussion #20632) covered my account, and if not, why
I have read and understand the third-party tooling policy and acknowledged it on the appeal form. I am happy to provide any additional information needed (timestamps, headers, anything from the CLI logs).
Thank you,
Michal
