you are locked out only from antigravity. got ban 1 week ago because i used vscode extensions to track quota. no reply from appeals / support emails. i am so glad i haven’t paid annually (already downgraded back to google photos cheap plan)
Has anyone gotten a clear understanding of what is banned? antigravity oauth or also gemini-cli. free api calls are included so how is this actually a ToC violation?

After 2 weeks I have been unbanned, idk if it’s because I wrote to google one support or just waited 2 weeks, but I got unbanned today
Don’t even waste your time Brodie for about a week they pretended like they didn’t know what was going on even got me to uninstall disconnect from my old and so on and so forth still didn’t work then they told me to send a screen recording of the entire process because I’m too incompetent to follow instructions they need to check that I was doing it right upon doing all of that and sending them the screen recording I was told that it was just a an update and that they’ve found the problem and that they’ll be getting back to me and then I got this email yesterday.
While I fully accept the fact that in their terms of service currently at the moment it says using third parties are not allowed whether that was there in the beginning or not is Up For debate but the whole idea of 0Auth is that the app gets to decide who can and cannot authenticate with the endpoint why would they let the authentication go through if it wasn’t supposed to just more b******* from a corporation that used us to make its product popular and once it gets to the top spot it gives us a big f*** you

What’s NOT in the ToS: There’s no explicit prohibition on using a third-party client to access the Code Assist API with your own OAuth credentials. The Gemini CLI is open source, and Google publishes the client_id/secret right in the source code. OpenClaw even extracts those credentials from the installed Gemini CLI binary.
The gray area: You’re using your personal subscription credentials through a non-Google client. Google could argue this is outside intended use. But since the Gemini CLI is open source and the API isn’t explicitly restricted to first-party clients, it’s a pretty soft gray area — similar to using a third-party email client with Gmail.

Same issue here. OpenClaw was silently falling back to Antigravity OAuth as a default, and I only noticed after conversations had already happened. Had no idea this violated ToS and was actively trying to prevent it.
Already removed Antigravity from my connected apps and sent an appeal email. Paying subscriber + Pixel 10 Pro owner, completely unintentional on my part.

I’m in the same situation, use antigravity daily… I don’t know how long this can take but I hope it doesn’t take long. Hope they really come up with the unbans
