"You've reached the billing account monthly spend cap and service has been paused" however, I am not close to my spend cap

Hi All,

Currently getting a 429 on all calls based on this billing spend cap issue. As you can see from the graphic, we aren’t close to our actual spend cap. This is happening for another project as well. Luckily our production project is still running smoothly. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Billing support sent me here.
