Google AI Studio says: “You’ve reached the billing account monthly spend cap and service has been paused.”

We are seeing the following message in Google AI Studio:

“You’ve reached the billing account monthly spend cap and service has been paused.”

However, our billing account still has more than $100 available, and we have not used any services this month. At the moment, we are unable to use the API or continue working.

Has anyone faced this issue before? What steps should we follow to resolve it?
