Why is Google so arrogant towards its users?

I lost my chat history in aistudio, and when I searched for it, I found that this issue has affected at least thousands of people.
This chat history loss issue has been around for at least six months and Google never fix it.
Many users are distressed by this loss. I’m currently experiencing the pain of losing two months of work, which is worse than losing $10,000.

You can get a sense of the pain these users are experiencing from the following content.

Here are the individual issue reports I’ve listed:

Hi @lvzhujinge
I understand your frustration . This is known issue our team is working on it .
If you could you please provide more information like approximate date and time of the chat conversation? Is isolated to a single chat or if it has occurred with other conversations?
Could you clarify whether the media files included only images or if there were other types of files, and specify the name of the model you were using in that particular chat?
Thank you

This has happened in many conversations.
I did know that saving to Drive sometimes fails, as it’s happened several times.
But this time, the amount of data lost was so significant that I became incredibly frustrated and angry.

This time, before refreshing, I used Ctrl+S to save the page locally, but for some reason, the HTML wasn’t saved. Only some JavaScript and CSS files were. See the image below.

I’d be very grateful if you could restore my history.

By the way, I think some file information will be helpful, If you need more files, please send email to me:
