When to promote the app we submitted for the competition and Deadline for it

I have seen the rules and regulations regarding the promotion but I am not sure as to when to promote the app. I want to put in my LinkedIn and other socials so that I can get some light shined on my app. Also I read something like we have to promote in the community (here itself). So it’s a bit confusing. What to tell to the public, like for the people choice awards, where should they vote?

What is the deadline for it? Is it today (i.e., submission deadline) or the people choice award deadline time?

I just submitted the app and all. So I want to do the next phase aka post about it…

This hasn’t been released yet.

I don’t seem to see anything like that in the rules, so you can probably post anywhere such as LinkedIn and your other socials.

Hey all, can anyone clarify the following doubts

  1. does people choice mean people with google account can vote or the developer who have submitted the app can only vote?
  2. is it open to public for voting ? if it is can we start promoting about our app, so that we garner more votes
