Vertex Studio does not work Media Studio charged 240$

I had 300$ on Vertex Studio, I did some generations today, which I did through Media Studio Veo3, I was charged, but I couldn’t download all my generations and they are gone. I wrote to the support on the site, they told me that the billing team can not help me with my question, and sent me to another service discuss.ai.google.dev, which also could not help me because they do not have a section Vertex Studio, as a result, I was charged 240$, and I have not received a single generation what to do?

Support just throws me to services that also deny communication with Vertex Studio, and in the end they wrote that generations are stored for 48 hours only. It’s been 10 I can’t find any information about where to write to. Basically they charged me $250 for 0 generations. Yes, I was generating something, but I didn’t download what was generated, and the 48 hours hadn’t passed yet, the generations were only from today.

I wasn’t working through the API, but through the Media Studio interface, and support claims I can download something through the API, as if I don’t even have anything showing up in my personal account.

I have AI Ultra and Google’s most expensive subscription, also I’ve been doling out $700 worth of tokens for Flow, I generate a lot and understand how the system works. But how can I get justice so that I either get my generations given back to me or get the amount of money back on my balance. Generations through Vertex Stuido are much more expensive.
