I am confused. Gemini 2.5 is being deprecated. However, it has the needed GOOGLE_CLOUD_LOCATION Europe. Now, gemini 3 is the one suggested to move to but it has no GOOGLE_CLOUD_LOCATION in Europe.
What am I missing? Are they deprecating it before offering a location in Europe?
