I recently learned that Gemini 2.5 Flash will be deprecated on June 17 this year. It seems that we will need to migrate to the newer models such as Gemini 3.0 Flash or Flash Lite as replacements.
However, unlike Gemini 2.5 Flash, these newer models currently only support the global endpoint and do not appear to support multiple regions. Because of this, we are experiencing more than double the latency compared to when using Gemini 2.5 Flash with regional endpoints.
Could you let me know if there are any plans to support multiple regions for Gemini 3.0 Flash or Flash Lite, similar to how Gemini 2.5 Flash currently works?
