My Google account passes browser verification successfully, but Antigravity consistently returns “Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity / Verification Required”. A second personal Google account works on the exact same Windows installation, VPN connection and machine. The issue is reproducible across Antigravity IDE and CLI. Hi @Mehrdad_Noori,
Welcome to the Forum.
Please try the following steps for your affected account:
- Complete Verification via Standalone Antigravity 2.0 &
"Device check":- Download or update to the latest standalone Antigravity 2.0 (
v2.18.1) app (Releases / Changelog), sign in with the affected account, and send a prompt to actively trigger the verification flow. - If browser or QR-code SMS verification completes without clearing the
"Verification Required"state (a known issue for some accounts), open the verification link directly on an Android phone or tablet already signed into that Google account and choose “Device check” instead of SMS. - Once verified, run
Antigravity: Reset Onboardingfrom the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P) in Antigravity IDE (v2.5.5) and run/logoutfollowed by/loginin Antigravity CLI (v1.2.11).
- Download or update to the latest standalone Antigravity 2.0 (
- Temporarily Disable VPN & Check Account Security / Eligibility:
- Because you mentioned using a VPN, an account whose Google Terms country or sign-in history differs from the VPN exit location can be flagged for re-verification even if a second account passes. Temporarily disable the VPN and authenticate via a fresh Incognito browser window.
- On the affected account, clear any pending security prompts at Google Account Security and Notifications, confirm age verification (
18+) at Age Verification, and ensure the account’s country is listed in the Geographical Availability FAQ.
