[Urgent] Service paused on Paid Tier 1 despite corrected spend cap - Billing ID: 01E88D-E553F8-2B5

Hello,

My project is completely stuck in a “service paused” state despite having an active balance and a corrected monthly cap.

- Account Tier: Paid Tier 1 ($250 Cap)

- Billing Account ID: 01E88D-E553F8-2B5…

- Current Project Spend Cap: $250.00 (Updated from $450 to match the tier limit)

- Current Usage: $0.00

I accidentally set my project spend cap to $450, which triggered a system pause because it went over the Tier 1 maximum ($250). I have since dropped the project cap back down to $250.00 to match my tier, and I have a remaining credit balance, but the project remains hard-locked and paused.

Could an admin please force-refresh or unpause my billing sync? Thank you!
