[URGENT] Pro User - "Unexpected issue setting up your account" after 163.com to Gmail Migration

Hello Antigravity Team / Support,

I am a Google AI Pro subscriber and I am currently completely blocked from using the Antigravity desktop client due to a persistent setup error.

Error Message: > “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”

The Context: Originally, my Google Account was registered with. To resolve initial login issues, I followed community advice and added a native Gmail service to this account. My primary identity is now a @gmail.com address, while the @163.com remains as an alternate email. My Pro subscription is active and correctly linked to this identity.

Steps Taken (Troubleshooting):

  1. Waiting Period: I have waited for over 40 hours to allow for server-side synchronization, but the error persists.

  2. Cache Clearing: I have manually deleted the %appdata%\Antigravity and %USERPROFILE%\.antigravity folders.

  3. Revoking Access: I have revoked Antigravity’s access from my Google Account Security settings and re-authorized multiple times.

Environment Details:

  • Account Type: Personal Gmail (Upgraded from, Active Pro Subscription)

  • OS: Windows 10/11

  • Client Version: Latest Desktop Build

Request: It appears there is a backend synchronization conflict between my old 163 identity and the new Gmail identity, preventing the “Onboarding” process from completing. Since I am a paying Pro user, could an engineer please look into my account status and manually trigger a Project/Quota Reset?

Thank you for your assistance.
