Hello Google AI Studio Support Team,
My service has been completely paused due to hitting the Tier 1 billing account cap ($250). However, my account meets all criteria to be automatically upgraded to Tier 2:
- System Model: Prepay (I just manually added credits)
- Total Amount Paid: More than $100 USD
- Account Age: Active for more than 3+ days
My project is currently frozen and throwing 429 errors. Could a community manager please look into my account and manually trigger a tier force-refresh so my service can resume?
