Multiple retries: ~15 failed requests over 2 hours I was simply following the AI’s instructions, testing each suggested model name. I had NO intention to abuse the system - I was just trying to learn and build something useful. Unfortunately, the support engineer on the Issue Tracker closed my bug report with a template response telling me to “please file a support ticket.”
As I explained in both reports, I CANNOT file a support ticket because your system has blocked me (limit: 0) and my free-tier plan cannot create cases.
I am caught in a “Catch-22” loop. I have replied on the Issue Tracker to point out this contradiction and requested a re-opening and escalation.
I am a 6+ month paying Gemini Pro subscriber being blocked by a system error, and I am currently stuck with no support channel. Please review my case and the related Issue Tracker report.
