@Vishal @chunduriv Hi team, I am incredibly sorry to ping you directly, but we are in a massive time crunch for an upcoming app launch, and I’m hoping to request a manual exception.
We have a hard launch date in exactly 11 days, but we are currently limited to Tier 1 for the Gemini API. We prepaid $260.00 into our active Cloud Billing account on March 2nd, completely covering the Tier 2 spend requirement.
However, because of the 30-day account maturity rule, our timer won’t clear until April 1st, well after our launch date. I have already submitted the manual Tier 2 quota increase request form over a week ago, and standard billing support just redirects me back to that same form.
Since the funds are fully cleared and sitting in the account, is there any way you could look at our project and grant a manual override to release the Tier 2 limits early so our app can survive day-one traffic? We are terrified of hitting the Tier 1 hard caps on launch day and dropping connections for our first users.
