I am currently experiencing a global backend bug regarding the new AQ API key format. Even though I am on the Free Tier and have not consumed any API limits, my newly generated AQ key is returning a 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error.

The error message states: "Quota exceeded for metric... limit: 0" or "Your prepayment credits are depleted."

I have already checked my billing settings, but the quota remains at 0. Could you please manually sync my account/project so that I can use the API properly?
