I am affected by the ongoing backend bug where my Free Tier project is incorrectly throwing a 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED “prepayment credits are depleted” error. I have checked my settings and no billing account is attached, yet the quota remains stuck or blocked. Could a moderator please request a manual sync on my backend project data to restore regular Free Tier access?
