Quota Bug: generativelanguage.googleapis.com locked at 0-0 (Project: gen-lang-client)

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent quota issue with my paid project (gen-lang-client-0072924426).

Since yesterday, my API requests per minute quota for the Generative Language API has dropped to 0 in multiple regions (e.g., asia-southeast1, us-south1), and I am receiving 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED errors.

The main problem: When I try to manually adjust the quota in the Google Cloud Console, the UI shows: “Enter a value between 0 and 0”. It seems the system has hard-locked my account’s upper limit to zero, and I have no way to request an increase or reset it back to the standard paid tier level.

Could someone from the Google team please check if there is a sync error or a project-level block that needs to be cleared?

Thank you!

I am also experiencing the same. Thanks for raising the concern.

To start check for other logs or files you may not know exsist, then next change the project is gen lang client is a AI generative model or Google specific tag as is Coral gate. If there are no projects created be sure you’re listed as the only user in your iam. But the telemtry that shares and scrapes work amd logs has a issues determing which projects are which, which have double or triple, did user say save or erase that log. Build where you can work not where others can take your work through backdoor means. Bug was reported and denied 4 days for open source telemetry data scrapping.
