FYI — we released a remediation pathway for bans on February 27. See the announcement below. Banned users will see a UI / error message explaining that they were violating ToS, and can fill out a form to lift their ban. A subsequent violation will lead to a permanent ban. We are also un-banning every single user affected by the initial wave of ToS bans, as if they were never banned to begin with, so that we can start fresh.
To the builders: we heard you. We’re welcoming back everyone who recently had their Google Antigravity accounts restricted for use of third-party tools. Moving forward, we’ll have clear steps for users to restore their account if it’s restricted.
To maintain the integrity of Antigravity and ensure a great user experience for everyone, using third-party tools with your Antigravity login remains against our terms. We love seeing innovation and boundary-pushing in this community, and the Antigravity team is hyper-focused on building what you need to accelerate product development.
and what if instead of unbanning people who violated the ToS you guys remove the abusive 7 days lock for users who pay and legitimate use antigravity and AI agents? thank you.
@pradeepkuppala My accounts was locked due to the ToS ban wave related to 3rd party tool. I want to clarify that I had already uninstalled them and stopped using it well before this ban was enforced — it was not actively in use at the time my account was suspended.
I no longer use any third-party tools or CLI integrations with Antigravity. I only access it through the official IDE and web interface. I would sincerely appreciate a review and restoration of my account access.
Thank you for your time. Note that form submission returns an error, unable to complete the remediation pathway, and I can’t access the google form either.
they way the quotas are being calculated is hidden and also when it recharges after waiting 7 days it comes back at 20% without any use of it @pradeepkuppala i think we need a solution for us who pay subscriptions and we are stuck for one year with this
I am in exact same stage as you, I’ve depleted my quota yesterday and then it showed 4 hours to refresh the quota. I came back after 18hours and I see 3 days for Gemini and 6 days for Claude
User experience is really poor. You guys seems unable or not bothered to fix app stability but very keen to add paywal for an app that breakdown every minutes
Why are you not addressing the elephant in the room? The issue here is the mess that is the quota system. It’s buggy and it clearly doesn’t work the way you say it does and or the way WE think it should.
Ban whoever you want, just make the product usable for people who paid for it and have done nothing wrong.
Paid for ultra full credit, can’t use AG, too many request errors even when I just said hi to it
