Update on Antigravity ToS Ban!

I dont get the special message, just a generic Failed to send on any query. Plz can someone help me out?

This is extremely frustrating.

I’ve been waiting for about 5 days to use Claude Opus 4.6, and now I log into the IDE only to see the wait time reset to nearly another full week.

As a Pro user, this is unacceptable. Access to core features should be reliable and predictable—not locked behind unclear and constantly shifting quotas.

If this isn’t addressed or clearly explained, I will cancel my subscription. This experience does not justify a paid plan and feels misleading.

Please provide a clear explanation and a proper solution.

Hi im unable to access AG with pro account too, and not processing the refund request too. Im locked out for a week now. Please check.

As a paying Pro subscriber, I am being hit with a 7-day (168-hour) lockout instead of the contractually advertised 5-hour refresh cycle.

  • The Issue: My UI shows “0% Quota Available,” without even a single use and the backend is enforcing a “Baseline Model Quota Reached” error.

  • The Conflict: I am being forced into a 7-day “Weekly Baseline” that was never part of the original Pro Tier agreement.

  • Evidence: This appears to be a Metadata Entitlement Sync failure (Reference: AG-859) specific to version 1.20.5.

We are paying for a professional tool, not a “lottery” for access. This effectively bricks the service for high-intensity development. Is there an ETA for the server-side hotfix to restore the 5-hour rolling window?

just got banned from Google ultra AI antigravity right after upgrading. What a waste of money! back to claude and openai.

I don’t understand what is the violation? if let say I use ClaudeCode extemsion on AntiGravity, is that a violation? anyway, got banned… now I’m stuck and are not getting a response from you guyz!

yes it is, but still it is unfair it is paid and they ban without warning, paid with my family 300€ for this and cannot use since 3 days?!?!?!?! sent 3 emails, no response, no unban

This is a joke. The TOS says the account may be suspended. MAY!!! I used maybe 5% of my quota on the Ultra account thruout the month. This is a lot of money and poor customer service

Exactly. This situation is difficult to justify.

I can acknowledge that using the ClaudeCode plugin within AntiGravity might fall into a gray area of their ToS, although I did not expect it to be considered a violation. If enforcement is the goal, then the responsibility should be on them to restrict or disable unsupported add-ons, rather than placing users in a position where they unknowingly breach terms.

Also, as a paying customer, I would expect a more measured approach in handling such cases.

For now, I have switched back to Cursor. I have not encountered any issues there, and overall the experience has been solid. Composer 2.0, in particular, is a strong improvement.

would think they remove the offending community extensions and issue warnings to their creators instead of just banning the user using the community extensions. literally its inside the UI of the very app they are distributing.

Like, if i get aspirin from CVS and theres a recall on that literal batch of aspirins, i get a text and email from CVS informing me what aspirin, what batch, what to do.

Is it that much to expect the same product quality and personal accountability from Google?

Oh well, while we’re gonna be happy for those who get unbanned through the ToS, can we talk about the 7-day lock on quota for ALL the models?

I’ve been using Antigravity from its day one. The main selling point was: efficient, extensive MCP support, and most of all: quota generosity. I have purchased a Pro plan just to enjoy it.

Not until these days when quota instantly runs out on a 5-hour lock for every 15 minutes I work with Antigravity on my own projects. And after those 5-hour locks, 5-6 more requests and I’m locked out of them for 7 goddamn days!

I am a student from Vietnam. I don’t pay 489,000 VND a month for nothing, it is equivalent to 18 meals here. And some guy said it true, instead of unbanning the ones who violated the ToS can you guys reconsider the 7 days lock for users who pay and legitimately use Antigravity?

If you don’t see updated timers yet - ensure your default system browser has one profile and one google login and that it matches the ai pro/ultra account you are using in antigravity. You can use chrome canary for example and set that as default system browser so that you don’t have to remove chrome profiles and also so you can still access personal/workspace emails, docs, drives, and other use cases. This will probably work with other browsers, personally i use my normal chrome one account one profile one login and use edge and firefox for all my other accounts business, but the chrome canary method can work as well.

i don’t believe even a full reinstall should be necessary - at worst case, reboot your computer.

If you have other software that requires default browser to be linked to a different account, i would suggest to be very careful! Close antigravity, change your default browser, perform your signin for whatever other software thats necessary and then change your default browser back to the one with only the matching antigravity ai pro/plus account before launching antigravity. also - when browsers update and windows does updates, this can possibly change your default browser, thats pretty much all the major notes!

If you’ve followed the process and still see no change - you can also try a more aggressive approach, removing any additional community extensions from antigravity, uninstalling antigravity, clearing the multiple cache folders in userdata/.gemini userdata/.antigravity and appdata/roaming and appdata/local/programs, rebooting and reinstalling (not as administrator). if you haven’t installed the chrome extension for antigravity you can do this as well.

If that still doesn’t work you may be an edge case scenario! Please drop a message and i will gladly provide tailored assistance for your questions.

NOTE FOR MAC USERS : You will probably have to check your Settings/Accounts for your Mac OS and make sure you only have one Google account there, since its a bit different out there.

I’m reaching out because I’ve been locked out of Antigravity with the following error:

“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”

I believe this is related to the ToS ban wave. I was experimenting with different tools and integrations earlier this year, and I now understand that connecting third-party software via OAuth was a violation of the Terms of Service. That’s entirely on me.

Since then I have:

I have 6 months remaining on my paid subscription and I’d love to continue using Antigravity the right way — through the official IDE only, no third-party tools.

The issue is that I don’t see any remediation form or restore button — just the error message above. The remediation pathway mentioned in the February 27 announcement doesn’t seem to appear for my account.

Would it be possible to review my account and restore access? I’m happy to comply with all ToS going forward.
