I am writing to report a critical situation and express my deep frustration with the service stability. Since 11:00 PM yesterday, the Antigravity system has been completely inoperative for me, constantly showing the following error:
“Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute.”
It is now 1:00 PM the next day and the issue persists. I have been blocked for over 14 hours, unable to move forward with my work.
I pay $270 USD a month for the Ultra plan. For a company with Google-level infrastructure to experience such prolonged outages is unacceptable and highly disrespectful. I have my own goals to meet, and this downtime has already forced me to reschedule 2 meetings today, severely impacting my productivity.
I demand a prompt solution, a clear explanation of what happened, and compensation for the time lost. I don’t get handed the $270 I pay for this plan for free, and I expect a level of service that matches the price tag.
Is anyone else in the community dealing with this ongoing outage?
I almost paid for the Ultra plan, but luckily I noticed the same error—embarrassing for a company like Google. Gemini 3.1 Pro has already caused me enough programming issues; now I can’t use Claude. With this error, my quota is running out. They messed up with the AI credits—they’re not transparent, and they run out way too fast. Google has come to bleed us dry. The “free Claude” trap worked to lure us in, but now we’re starting to break free…
As for me, thanks to their exploitative policies, I’m done with Google products, whether for personal, family, or business use. We’ve handed over hundreds of thousands of dollars to them just so they can take advantage of us like this.
I just updated the app and it started working fine. I had no idea a new version was even out.
The software is supposed to notify users when there is an update available, but it didn’t trigger any alerts. While the issue is resolved on my end, it is extremely frustrating that a missing update notification resulted in 14 hours of misleading “high traffic” errors and wasted time.
Please fix the update alert system so we don’t have to guess when a new version is required to keep the software running.
on my other account I even lost credits hitting try again with no changes. something to look at. re: update alerts, they show a very small blue button on very top, right side when an update is available, I think it says “restart to update”
While I’m at it, I need to address another critical issue: the quota for Claude models, especially Opus, has been drastically reduced. It honestly feels like a joke.
When I first started using Antigravity on the Ultra plan, it was practically impossible to exhaust the quota for any model. Now, I blow through the Opus quota in just 30 to 40 minutes of work, and then I am forced into a disastrous 5-hour wait time.
This is terrible for my workflow. It forces me to rely on other, less capable models just to keep moving. For a $270/month plan, hitting a wall after 30 minutes is completely unreasonable.
I’ve used Antigravity on my personal AI Ultra account but lately it’s been insanely slow (and now this downtime). I got the premium Google AI Ultra for Business (AI Ultra Access add-on) to check out if this helps as it has way higher rate limits.
However, I discovered Antigravity does not work on the AI Ultra Access plan. Bummer! Anyone know what’s up with it lately?
