Hello,
I cannot delete a Google Cloud/Firebase project created through Google AI Studio.
Project ID: geometric-loop-898..
Project Number: 3475260232..
I deleted the related application from Google AI Studio, but the connected project is still active and is not listed under “Resources pending deletion”.
In Google Cloud:
- The Delete option is disabled.
- I cannot edit IAM permissions.
- My account does not have resourcemanager.projects.delete.
- I cannot view service accounts because iam.serviceAccounts.list is missing.
- The only Owner shown is the following Google-managed service account:
service-347526023249 @gcp-sa-managedprojects.iam.gserviceaccount
It appears that the AI Studio application was deleted, but its managed Google Cloud project remained orphaned.
Could someone from the Google AI Studio team please investigate and permanently delete this managed project, or grant my account the required permission to delete it?
