Unable to access flow or generate videos in gemini on Ultra plan

this screen is all i get when trying to access flow, on any other account its fine but this account is one i have the AI Ultra plan on, is it possible to be banned? I have never generated NSFW content or anything racy, I only use VEO for creating advertisements
